The „HUB Isaccea” Project
Warehouse for the collection and distribution of goods to the population affected by the armed conflict
Duration: April 2022 – present
Sponsor: The IBO organization in collaboration with the Emilia Romagna region, partner AVSI Italia, Generalitat Valenciana (Permanent Committee for Humanitarian Action), Agència Catalana de Cooperación al Desenvolupamento (ACCD) and the funds raised by the Emergency Campaign CESAL (Spain) for people affected by conflict.
Objectives:
- Organization of a warehouse (HUB) which is intended as a space for storage, preparation and transfer of food and non-food goods to reach the population affected by the armed conflict who are still in Ukraine;

Results:
- 92 trucks full of canned goods, milk, pasta, oil, cereal, flour, medicine, drugs, hygiene products, clothes, etc. were unloaded and distributed in Ukraine, in the regions – Odessa, Nikolaev, Kherson;
- Hiring of staff (people from Ukraine) as support for the Hub (1 coordinator consultant, 3 Hub consulting operators, 2 forklift operators).
