“One of Decathlon Romania's main social responsibility strategies is educating children through sports and we are glad that the FDP Association - Protagonists in Education gave us the opportunity to contribute to the fulfillment of this common goal. The Social Sports School program has multiple impacts on children from disadvantaged backgrounds. It directs them to go through a good and complete educational path, helps them achieve better school results and provides them the opportunity to exercise. Sport contributes to their physical and mental development, helping them to push their limits and enjoy a healthier lifestyle.”

„During the pandemic, the association that takes care of them brought food to parents left without jobs. Now they are back in the field, with students from two schools, one from the Eastern outskirts, the other from West of Bucharest. The project is called the Social Sports School. These children have few alternatives in life. But if they stay in school, education can remain one of them.”

„Since 2018, the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Sector 6 has been honored to collaborate with the FDP Association - Protagonists in Education in order to support disadvantaged people. A successful project of the Association is the "Social Sports School Bucharest Sector 6", which brought joy and an oasis of health in the Giulești-Sârbi community, in Sector 6. Over time, the Association has shown seriousness and involvement in all the projects in which we collaborated, being actively involved in supporting vulnerable people”
